Successfully classify various CRC organoid morphologies using AI-enabled analysis in live T-cell screening workflows
In this poster, we address the challenges associated with the use of PDOs in large-scale applications and share a novel live T-cell screening workflow using bioreactor-expanded patient-derived colorectal cancer organoids (CRCs). These organoids were successfully classified according to various morphological characteristics and segmented to quantify the efficacy of T-cells in solid tumors. The whole system—along with the percentage analysis of morphologically modified organoids across time—can be used as a successful live T-cell screening approach.
