Leverage automated workflows to enable complex organoid assays

Scale-up complex 3D biology assays for compound screening and disease modeling

In this app note we discuss ways to alleviate labor-intensive manual cell culture protocols by using automated cell plating, culture monitoring, media exchange, and high-content imaging. We developed automation protocols for the entire 3D culture workflow and increased the throughput and accuracy of organoid assays.
